Hi I’m Cathy SAVAGE and I want to put you in the front row of your life. I believe women are working overtime in every aspect of their life more than ever and while we are the best at managing multiple tasks, we are missing the mark on how we show up in our life and in our careers. I believe that we are more ambitious than ever, yet we lack the confidence in our own identity when it comes time to playing in the ring.

We fall victim to comparison and imposter syndrome and while we transition to new things, our brand confidence and identity is becoming lost. We need to get it back as it is vital to our success.

As a working Mom, I know of all the struggles women are having right now. I believe the world needs YOUR message and it is time for you to show up now. I believe that our brand foundation needs to be created before we can catapult ourselves to higher ground.

Women need full support by other women. This has been my life’s work. I have personally helped women reach the top of their game in athletics, television, fitness, media and more.

You may have seen me speaking at conferences, on television and magazines or online. I started my fitness company over three decades ago. I served as a “Manager” for my clients. I helped thousands of women soar to greatness in many industries, especially in health and wellness. I have been featured on MTV, ABC News, Fox News, and ESPN and have contributed to countless magazine publications. I have always been the “hype” Mama. I put my clients in front of the right people, marketed and promoted them like no other and helped them step into a realm of magnificent success. So while you may know that my career has been helping women get into the best shape of their lives, it has actually focused more on mentoring them to exude the right posture, the right positioning, and the most marketable image.

This is my zone of genius and this trait quickly carried over to the business world in every situation.

Collaborating with women who want to really define their essence and true messaging is what drives me. I am proud to have created solutions benefitting thousands of women over the past 35 years.

As a graduate of Boston College with post graduate work in Brand Management from Ivy League universities, my goal is to elevate your current personal branding and energy to become a Category of One.
